Welcome to Podcript (“the App”). The App is developed and provided by me, Yusif Mammadov (“I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3.1 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control.

All content, features, and functionalities available on or through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are my intellectual property or that of third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property from me or my licensors to you. You may not use my trademarks, logos, or service marks in any manner without my prior written consent.
If the App allows you to submit, upload, or publish content, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your content and that posting it does not violate the rights of any third party.
Your use of the App is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which describes how I collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. I do not warrant that the App will be secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall I or my affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall my total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me, my affiliates, and my licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at my sole discretion. If I make changes, I will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms indicates your acceptance of the changes.
I may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of your jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and me concerning the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
