Thank you for choosing Podcript (“the App”). This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by the individual developer, Yusif Mammadov, when you use Podcript. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue using the App.
The App may request certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or user credentials) if you choose to register for an account, subscribe to newsletters, or use other App features that require authentication. Providing this information is voluntary, and you may use certain features without revealing your identity.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the App, including but not limited to the type of device you use, your device’s unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, app performance data, and other diagnostic data.
The App may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, remember your preferences, and track App usage. You can instruct your device to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, certain features of the App may not function properly.

Podcript is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we may take steps to delete such information.
Your information may be processed, stored, and transferred in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence.
You may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. You may also opt out of certain communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or contacting us directly. You can permanently delete your Podcript account at any time.
In the App. If you are signed in to a Podcript account, open Profile → General settings → Delete account and confirm by typing the confirmation text. Your account is deleted immediately. If you use Podcript without creating an account, there is no account for us to delete.
Without the App. If you have uninstalled the App, or cannot use the in-app option, visit the Podcript account deletion page and send us a deletion request by email. Send the request from the email address of the account you want deleted, or name that address in your message, so that we can identify the account. Requests made this way are fulfilled within 30 days, and we email you a confirmation once the account has been deleted.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no recovery: once your account is deleted, neither you nor we can restore it or the data listed above.
Content that Podcript stores only on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of those changes.
